    Job Summary:

    The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability. This role involves managing IT staff, implementing technology solutions, maintaining systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Job Responsibility

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. IT Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Budget and forecast IT expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

    2. Infrastructure & System Management:

    • Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and software applications.
    • Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
    • Manage hardware and software procurement, licensing, and maintenance.

    3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection:

    • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data from threats.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

    4. Team Management & Support:

    • Lead and mentor IT staff, providing guidance and training.
    • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with other departments to address IT needs and challenges.

    5. Software & Application Management:

    • Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications.
    • Ensure seamless integration of software systems for smooth operations.
    • Monitor software updates, patches, and troubleshooting.

    6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

    • Manage relationships with IT service providers, vendors, and consultants.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level agreements are met.
    • Communicate IT strategies and updates with senior management.

  • Educational Requirement

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
    • Experience with IT project management and best practices.

  • Experience Requirement

    Preferred Certifications:

    • ITIL Certification
    • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
    • PMP (Project Management Professional)
    • Microsoft, Cisco, or AWS certifications
